Update November 2020: Our latest iOS app update has resolved this issue. Your data and corresponding points will update to reflect accurate totals. Activities dating back to September 2020 will update and will be reflected on your activity page. Please keep in mind that retroactive data syncing is not instant and could take a few days.
Issue: iOS users with an operating system of 14 or higher are unable to transfer Apple Health data into Achievement.
How this affects Achievement users: If you have iOS 14 or higher, you may notice that your Apple Health data is not populating into Achievement. Trying to manual sync will produce a continual spinning wheel rather than import data.
