How this affects Achievement Users: Access to the app may be denied, the app may appear to be loading for extended periods of time, or data may appear to not be syncing. Point totals may appear inaccurate or have inexplicably decreased by a large amount.
Status: Our engineering team has identified this issue and is currently working towards a resolution. After resolving the issue, there will likely be a delay in uploading your activity and points, but after a period of time, all points will be correctly returned and recorded in your account.
