What should I know when connecting an app to Achievement?
Ensure the correct login information was used when connecting your app:
If you believe you may have connected the wrong account to Achievement, please disconnect and reconnect your app to Achievement, using the correct login information when connecting your app.
Time it takes for activities to sync:
Data syncing is not immediate, and often will sync approximately every 4-6 hours. If you do not see your activity data immediately I encourage you to check back a few hours later.
Open your apps:
Data will not sync from the device to the app to Achievement, only from the fitness app to the device. If you are missing data on Achievement, double check your device data has synced with your app. Once the activity data has synced with your app, it still may take 4-5 hours for the activities to sync with Achievement.

What activities are synced with Achievement?
Activities only sync from the apps you have connected to Achievement:
Some apps allow you to connect outside apps. For example, you may have connected your Fitbit with MyFitnessPal to see your workouts all on one app. Or, you may have connected Pacer to Apple Health. Any activities coming from an outside app will not automatically connect with Achievement.
What can I do to ensure my activities sync with Achievement?
Ensure you have the most updated version of the app:

Ensure workouts have distance recorded:
You will not receive points if a workout has no distance recorded (ex. treadmill, stationary bike, etc.). If you are unable to record distance, we suggest recording your workout in an app such as MyFitnessPal. We reward 6 points for each recorded workout or exercise.
To ensure your activities sync with Achievement as accurately and fast as possible, we ask that you manually sync your connected apps once a day and open the Achievement app. Doing this will help ensure that you earn points for all your activities. We will be unable to award points for activities that are over 2 weeks old and have not yet been synced with Achievement.
Check that both your mobile device and apps have the latest updates. If you continue to face problems with syncing your activities, please send us more information here with screenshots (if possible) and we can look further into the issue.
