To get started, connect a health app to Achievement.
Data syncing is not immediate:
Data will sync approximately every 4-6 hours and can take up to 24 hours to appear on your Achievement account. If you do not see your activity data immediately, we encourage you to check back a few hours later.
Open Achievement as well as your connected health apps:
We suggest opening your apps at least once a day. If you are using a wearable, such as a Fitbit, data will not sync from your wearable directly into Achievement. First, the device data must be entered into synced to your connected health app. At that point, Achievement will fetch the data from your connected health app. If you are missing data on Achievement, double-check your wearable device data has synced with your connected health app. Once the activity data has synced with your app, it can still take up to 24 hours for the activities to sync with Achievement.
What can I do to ensure my activities sync with Achievement?
- Check to see if your connected apps have permission to share activities with Achievement.
- Make sure the correct login information was used when connecting your app. If you believe you may have connected the wrong account to Achievement, please disconnect and reconnect your app to Achievement using the correct login information. when connecting your app.
- Finally, check that both your mobile device and apps have the latest updates. If you continue to face problems with syncing your activities, please send us more information here with screenshots (if possible) and we can look further into the issue.
Please keep in mind that we will be unable to award points for activities that are over 2 weeks old and have not yet been synced with Achievement.
