How does Apple Health activity syncing work with Achievement?
Our iOS app allows you to sync your missing Apple Health activity data. Please tap Account > Manage Apps > Manual Sync (under Apple Health) to refresh your data at any time.
To ensure your activities sync with Achievement as accurately and fast as possible, we ask that you manually sync your Apple Health app once a day and open the Achievement app. Doing this will help ensure that you earn points for all your activities. We will be unable to award points for activities that are over 2 weeks old and have not yet been synced with Achievement.
Connecting and syncing external apps into Apple Health
If you have external apps or non-supported wearables syncing data into Apple Health, Achievement will not be able to award any points for that specific data. Achievement is able to sync Apple Health data from your Apple Watch, but data from programs such as VeryFitPro, Bellabeat, H Band, STYR, Nike Run Club, Calm, among others, will not sync with Achievement.
I tried manually syncing my Apple Health and it’s still not syncing with Achievement?
If you notice the manual sync with Apple Health not working it's most likely that Achievement is not an enabled source in the Health app or this needs to be reset. To resolve this, please go to the Apple Health app, tap 'Sources' at the bottom of the screen, tap 'Achievement,' then turn on any categories you'd like Achievement to be allowed to access. If they are already enabled, disable all categories and enable them again.
