How long does it take for my Samsung Health activity to sync with Achievement?
Activities may not always appear instantly on the Activities tab, some apps sync every 4-5 hours. Please allow up to 24 hours for activities to appear. If you believe they are still missing, go back to "Manage Apps" to ensure that Samsung Health is still connected and synced. You can also manually sync Samsung Health to retrieve activities the next time it syncs.
Activities can be manually synced to Achievement from the Samsung Health app . To manually sync your activities on Samsung Health, please go to the Activity tab → and then pull down on the Activity feed to refresh and manually sync activities.
How can I ensure my Samsung Health activities sync with Achievement?
To ensure your activities sync with Achievement as accurately and fast as possible, we ask that you manually sync your Samsung Health app once a day and open the Achievement app. Doing this will help ensure that you earn points for all your activities. We will be unable to award points for activities that are over 2 weeks old and have not yet been synced with Achievement.
