Ways to earn:
Earn up to 80 points per day for each type of tracked activity (biking, walking, running, swimming and other forms of exercise) you do. Check out our list of compatible apps here.
Earn up to 6 points per day for daily activities you do, such as logging food, sleep tracking, weighing yourself, meditating, sharing your health journey on Twitter, and more! We award 6 points for up to 5 unique activities.
Earn bonus points by participating in Offers, surveys, health programs, and research studies.
Earn points for the highest value activity of a given kind per day. For example, if you walk 4,000 steps according to Apple Health vs 1,000 steps according to Fitbit, you’ll be rewarded the higher value of 4,000 steps.
Staying healthy is an ongoing process, and we want Achievement to reflect that. That's why there's no limit to the amount of rewards that you can earn.
Points do NOT expire! You can earn points and save them if you would like to redeem a bigger reward!
Syncing your activities:
Connect with any of the 20+ apps we sync with, and download our iOS or Android app to earn points on Apple Health or Samsung Health.
Using a wearable or other device? Be sure to sync your activities with your apps to earn points.
Activities take 4-5 hours to sync with Achievement. Your Manage Apps page will give more details on when your apps have last synced with Achievement.
How to redeem:
We pay you $10 for every 10,000 points you earn.
Once you reach 10,000 points, you’ll be eligible to redeem your reward. You can usually expect to get paid within 1 week, often sooner.
