Our iOS app allows you to sync your missing Apple Health data from the past month. Please tap Account > Connected Apps > Tap Apple Health >Manual Sync (under Apple Health) to refresh your data at any time. It can take up to 24 hours after manually syncing for all missing data to be synced with Achievement.
If you notice the manual sync with Apple Health not working it's most likely that Achievement is not an enabled source in the Health app or this needs to be reset. To resolve this, please go to the Apple Health app, tap 'Sources' at the bottom of the screen, tap 'Achievement,' then turn on any categories you'd like Achievement to be allowed to access. If they are already enabled, disable all categories and enable them again.
