Issue: Achievement is not pulling data from connected health apps for certain days.
How this affects Achievement users: You may notice that Achievement is not syncing data from connected health apps for random days. This is occurring most frequently with data importing from Samsung Health or Apple Health.
Troubleshooting: Please make sure you are opening BOTH Achievement and your connected health apps daily to help data sync between the two. If you continue to experience issues in missing gaps of data, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can award points to you.
